WHEREAS, due and law�Eul r�otice of heaxing to consider a
„� change in zoning zegulations has been hexetofoxe given; and,
WHEREAS, the Zoning Gommission of the City af Grapevin+e,
� Texas, has on the 21st day of Novet�ber , 1967,
recommended a change of the zaning regu2ation in the "A°1
Dwelling District, so that the entirety thereaf shall include
kinderc�arten, play schaol, ar day nuxsery; when nat more than
six (6) pupils.
NOW THEREFURE, BE IT ORDATNED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE� TEXAS:
I.
That Title 10, Chapter 3, Section 1 of the City Cade of
the City of Grapevine, Texas is hereby and Herenow Amended to
3,nclude kind�rgartex�, play schoal or day nursery wl�en no� more
than six (6) pupils.

It being for the public welfare that this Ordinance be
passed and such zoning change be made, there exists an emer-
gency and public necessity that the rule requiring this 4rdi-
nance to be read on tea+a several occasions be and the same is
k hereby Waived and this Ord�nance shall now be placed an its
second and final reading to its passage, and shall be in full

force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
