OF CERTAIN PRODERTY OF Tom H. Maggard:
A1V'�J DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, due and lawful notice of hearing to consider
a zoning change on the below described property has been hereto-
fore given; and,
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of
Grapevine, Texas, has on the 5th day of December � 1967 ,
recommended a change of the 2oning classification of the below

described property, so that the entirety thereof shall be here-

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:

"H" District of the City of Grapevine, Texas,
and the 2oning Orctinance of the City of Grap�vine, Texas, and
the Use District Map attached to such Ordinance is now so
changed and amended :
