The aouncil met in sAecial session May 15, 1952 at the request oP the Southwestern
States Telephone Co.
The Telephone Co., 8epresented by E. H. Utzman, Broamwood, Bill Vann, Brownwood,
& W. P. Easlinger, Irvin�, presented a proposed. rate increase for the City oY
Grapecine phone service for the Coun.cil's conaideration.
The Chamber of Co�aerce requested that time be given for futher study of the
proposal be?ore the coun.cil takes any action on the rate increase. Shis !
