AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
AND THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE,
�"`'" TEXAS, SO AS TO CHANGE THE ZONING DISTRICTS
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY OF PAUL VERBURG FROM "A"
�� RESIDENTIAL DWELL�NG TO "J" & "K" INDUSTRIAL
CLASSIFICATION AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, due and lawful notice of hearing to consider
a zoning change on the below described property has been hereto-
fore given; and,
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of Grapevine,
Texas, has on the 17th day of May_, 1966, recommended a Change of
the zoning classification of the below described property, so
that the entirety thereof shall be hereafter a part of the "J"
& "K" Indus#rial Districts of the City of GraQ evine, T�xas;
�,,,� NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
TI-� CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:

I.
That the below described property be and the same is
Hereby and Herenow Designated and Classified as a part of "J" &
"K" Industrial Districts of the City of Grapevine, Texas, and the
Zoning Ordinance of the Ci.ty of Grapevine, Texas, anci the Use
District Map attached to such Ordinance is now so changed and
amended:
All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying
and being situated in Tarrant County, Texas, out of the J. C.
Dunn Survey, more particularly describe d as follows:

BEGINNING at iron pin in West line of the J. C. Dunn
�
Survey and 1159' North of its Southwest
corner; said point also being in the Snuther-
ly right-of-way line of Old State Highway #114;
THENCE� 71� 51' East 1148.8t along the Southerly
right-of-way line of Old State Highway
No. 114 to an iron pin for a corner;
THENCE, 5outh 798.6 ft. to an iron pin for a corner;

TI-�NCE, South 89 51' West, 1091.8 ft. to an iron

pin for a corner;
� THENCE, North 1159.0 ft. to the Place of Beginning,
and containing 24.53 acres of land out of the
J. C. Dunn Survey, Abstract No. 433.
II.
It being for the public welfare that this Ordinance
be passed and such zoning change be made, there exists an
emergency and pnblic necessity that the rule requiring this
Ordinance to be read on two several occasions be and the same is
hereby Waived and this Ordinance shall now be placed on its second
and final reading to its passage, and shall be in full fozce and

effect from and after its passage and approval.
