WHEREAS, due and lavrful noti�ce of hea.ring to consider
a aoning change on the below described pxo�erty has been hereto-
fore given; and,
. WHFREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of
Grapevine, Texas, has on the 21 day of June � �g6 6�
recommended a change of the zoning classification of the below
described property, so that the entirety thereof shall be here-

and the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Grap?:c=ine, Texas, and
the Use District Map attached to such Ordinance is now so
changed and amended :
