. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 61-20 , SO AS TO .
PROVIDE TRANSFER FEE FOR A CHANGE OF WATER AND/OR
�e�� SEWER CONNECTION, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS :

Whereas , Ordinance No . 61-2- was passed and approved by the
City Council of the City of Grapevine , Texas on August 15 , 1961 , and,
Whereas , said City Council desires to amend said ordinance so
that it will have a Section� IX-A, which shall read as follows :
IX-A. '
"Any person desiring to change their water and/or sewer service
from one location within the City of Grapevine to another location
within said city, shall be charged a fee of $2 . 00 for said transfer. "
It being necessary for the public welfare that this amendment
amending transfer fee for a change of water and/or sewer connection
be now passed, creates an emergency and public necessity that the
rule reauiring th�s ordinance to be read on two several occasions
be waived, and this ordinance shall accordingly, be now passed on
its second and final reading to its passage and the same shall be

in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval .
