TEXAS, SO AS TO CHANGE THE ZONING DISTRICTS

"K" INDUSTRIAL CIASSIFICATION AND DECI.ARING
AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, due and lawful notice of hearing ta consider
a zoning change on the below described pxoperty has been hereto-
fore given; and,
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of
Grapevine, Texas, has on thel6th day of August � 19�6�
recommended a change of the zoning classification of the below
described property, so that the entirety thereof shall be here-
""���� after a part of the "J" & "K'� Industrial Districts of the City
r� of Grapevine, Texas;
NOW, THEREFORfi, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:

and the Zoning Ordinance af the City of Grapevine, Texas, and
the Use District Map attached to such Ordinance is now so
changed and amended :

�, and being situated in Tarrant County, Texas, out of the william
Bradford Sur., more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of the William
Bradford 640 acre survey;
THENCE, North 276 yards to the Southwest corner of
a six acre tract owned by C. C. Estill;

THENCE, Noxth 164 yards to the Northeast corner of

Ordinance to be read on two several occasions be and the same
is hereby Waived and this Ordinance shall now be placed on
its second and final xeading to its passa�e, and shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and appxoval.
