CIASSIFICEITION AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, due and lawful notice of hearing to consider
a zor�ing change on the below described pxo�erty has been h�reto-
fore given; and,
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of
Grapevine, Texas, has on the 14 day of July , 196 6,
recammended a change of the zoning classification of the below
described property, so that the entirety thereof shall be here-

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDEIINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:

and the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Grap��*ine, Texas, and
the Use District Map attached to such Ordinance is now so
