AN AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE N0. b4-19 SO AS TO PERMIT PORTABLE
BUILDINGS WITH WOOD SUPPORTS TO BE SITUATED WITHIN THE FIRE
LIMITS FOR SIX MONTHS PERIODS AND TO PROVIDE A FEE THEREFOR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS :

Section 4 of the above mentioned Ordinance amended so as to read as
follows :
i�..� "Section 4 . FRAME BUILDING AND/OR PORTABLE METAL BUILDING
� WITH WOODEN SUPPORTS IN FIRE LIMITS:
The following frame st�uctures are permissible in the
fire limits :
A. Temporary one-story frame buildings for the use
of builders . �
B. Wooden fences not over 8 feet high without roof or
cover.
C. Portable Metal Buildings with wood supports . "
Section 9 of said Ord�nance is amended s� as ta read as follows :
"Section 90 FEES :
The fees for issuances of. such building permits shall be
computed i.n accardance with the following schedule :

Due to the fact that the present Ordinance hea�ein amended is not
covering all of the s�tuations occurring an� it is imperative
that the amended portions set out herein be enforced, otherwise
the health and welfare of said city will be adversely affected
and such conditions create an emergency and the rule requiring
that Ordinances be read on two several 3ays be suspended and this '
Ordinance shall be in effect from the date of its passage .
