That Qrdinance No. 60-16 dated December 20, 1960, establishing �
a schedule of rates ar�d charges within the corporate Iimits of
said cit�� for local exchange telephor�e service be, and the same
is hereby, amended as follows: �
That the Southwest�rn States Telephone Company is hereby authoriz-
ed to discorltinue, as a new service offering, residet�ce f'our-
party service and busir�ess two-party service. The offering of
and rate for residet�l ce four-�,rty service wi 11 app2y to existing
services only.
