TEXAS, SO AS TO CNANGE THE ZONING DISTRICTS
"�� OF CERTAIN PROPERTY OF T. N. S. CORPORATION,
FR�I "A�' RESIDENTIAL TO "C" AND "D" DWELLING
CLAS5IFICATION AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, due and lawful noti�ce of hearing to consider
a zoning change on the below described property has been hereto-
fore given; and,
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of
Grapevine, Texas, has on the 1� day of NOVEMBER � 1966,
recommended a cha3�ge of the s�oning classification of the below

is hereby Waived and this Ordinance shall now be placed on
its second and final xeading to its passage, and shall be in
full torce and effect from and after its passage and approval.
