Bellaire Contract giving a refund oP L�O� of the monthly revenues for a period of 15 years ar until the coet of the water and sewer line installations has been recovered, with the City retaining the connection charges, Motion carried. It was agreed that the City will, at its e�cpense, extend the 6" water main Prom the Bellaire Addit�on to the property line of the 3ky Harbor Addition, Mr. Jones to continue it to the intersection of Pine Street, placing a fire hydrant at the intersection , then a 2" water line south a- long Pine street; Mr. Jones to continue a sewer line south in Pine 8treet. Coat of Mr. Jones ' part is to be the amount of cost involved in the a�xove contract . APter a discussion of the problem of large consumption of water by various users, motion made by John Hemley that the City employ someone to check the meter8 that is thought to be in error or that there ie complaint� on, and if they are in error, have them removed and new meters put in and have the old onee repaired. Seconded by R. F. Shelton. Motion carried. Motion by S. M. Payne and second by John Hemley that the City adopt ordinance annexing property described and referred to as Lot 4; Block 9; D. D.
