Joe Box �.nd N:ayor Cosna.rz_n v�ere directed to coizt�ct the school bo�rd
for the �urr=ose of securrin� coiy of �chcol district tax roll for use
by the City.
I�:otion by Joe Box that the City incorpor�te into contracts �:�ith de-
velo=;ers for th.e rep�yment of the co�t of ��a.ter �nd seti,er lines with- :�
in their develop�i;ent , the follo?�ir.� ;;oint�;
1. Shall receive r a.yA��ent in accorc�s.nce t��ith the McM�hon plan as ad-
o�ted at the meetin� of April 21, 1953, ��ith the following lirraite:
a.. 100�b in the event curbs, �utters, anc� �aved streets are �ro-
vided for by the develo�er.
b. 66 2,13;� in the event curbs, gutters, a.nd i aved streets 2re
not rrovi�{ed for by the developers .
; 2. No p�yment �r�all be a��de �fter the �ixth year of the contrGct,
� except wit�i�arl,rav�l of tre City Council.
3. Areount of refund shGll not exceea the avera�e cost ;�er lot for the
number of lots dev°loFed.

to the Cit,y nf Gra.r.evine Tex�s z s pa�rt of the City of Gr��-�evine as
set forth in the �lat a.nc� dec�.ication �resented and the City enter into i
a contr�ct for tY!e ��uren2se of ���cter ancl se�,°er lines V}itrir� the adc�.ition
with the follo���in� conditions of contr�:ct :
1. City sh�ll �ay an amount eauzl r^ �`?;� of the w�ter and sewer gross �
revenue frou� the develo�rr.ent. '
2. Payment sr.all continue until cost is recovered or until fifteen �
yea.rs have paesed.
3. City ah�ll get free title to all lines k�itriin the developn�ent . �
4. Should bond issL�e be ��-ssed ��hich t�:�oula_ -�rovide money to w�urcrase �,
entire develo��r�ent acording to the T�c1•�iahon �lan, then this con-
tract for �ayment ti�Till be converted to the 2�cP��ahon i la.n. ,
5. That the Gity Se cretary and h:ayor be authorized. to eign the plat i
and dedicdtion and contr�ct in behalf of the City. ,
