Wall, mayor presiding and Boone Lipscomb, D. E. Austin, C. X. Millican and H. C. Yoncey, (Alderman A.W.Willhoite absent on account of illness. The minutes of last regular meeting read and approved. No action mas taken other than that they mere authorized to prepare -some plans and resubmit Qem to the council Motion duly seconded that the Council allow the mayor abouX 43.00 per month for postage telephone Calls, etc. This to be applied on his city taxes.
