CALL TO ORDER
CITIZEN COMMENTS
1. Any person who is not scheduled on the agenda may address the Animal Shelter
Advisory Committee under Citizen Comments or on any other agenda item by
completing a Citizen Appearance Request form with the Committee Secretary. A
member of the public may address the Animal Shelter Advisory Committee regarding an
item on the agenda either before or during the Board's consideration of the item, upon
being recognized by the Chairperson or upon the consent of the Committee. In
accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Animal Shelter Advisory Committee
is restricted in discussing or taking action during Citizen Comments.
NEW BUSINESS
2. Consider the minutes of the December 9, 2020 Animal Shelter Advisory Committee
meeting.
3. Staff and volunteer updates.
4. Shelter building updates.
5. Upcoming events for 2021.
