The house has a six (6") inch encroachment. Larry Ingram, of 505 Atkerson lane, Euless, Texas, and applicant, took the Oath of Truth and explained that when the building line was measured, the foundation contractors placed the brick ledge board on the wrong side of the string which off-set the foundation six (6") inches. Mr. Rhodes has submitted an application to temporarily convert half of his garage for an office with the stipulation to return that space to meet off-street parking requirements following a date set by the Board if the temporary variance is allowed.
