The City of Grapevine,
Grapevine, Texas.-
We,
exass1e, the undersigned, being the present legal
owners of that tract of land known as Block 41, of the City
of Grapevine, Texas, do hereby grant permission to the
City of Grapevine, or its contractors, permission to eater
upon said tract of 1±= land for the purpose of constructing
a serer line to`run from the present city sewer main which
crosses this tract at a point about 12 feet south of the
south line of Coppell Road, eastward to Dooley Avenue where
it leavesik this tract at a point about 1.1 feet south of
the south line of Copper road® This includes the construction
of a manhole at the point where the new fine will enter the
present line, and it is understood and agreed that said. .lime
is to remain upon our property after coplet ion as a permanent
City utility. It is specified, however, that any improvements
moved daring the above work are to be replaced as they now
are in a satisfactory manner, and that all excavations are to
be filled up and smoothed down so as not to permanently mar
the; present appearance of this tract.

City of Grapevine, Texas, do hereby grant penis ion to
the City of Grapevineq or its Contractors, to enter upon
said lots for tke purpose of constructing sewer
line across the said lots, said line to eater block 1 at
a: point about 1feet south of the south line of Cppell
Road and'to proceed across the two lots in an approximate
East direction and to leave lot 2 at a point about
feet Southm of the South line of Coppell Road. It is agreed
and understood that said: lime is to remain upon this, property
as a permanent City utility, however it is specifiedthat
all excavations made in the process of this work are to be
properly filled in and leveled so as not to permanently
harm the appearance of these lots.

the City of Grapevine, x x do hereby
grant permission ion to the City of Grapevine, ot its
Contractors, ;to enter upon said lot for the purpose of
constructing a sewer line which will enter said: lot at
a point in the west line about 5 feet from the south lire
of copped road, and proceed in a generally eastward
direction across the North ` or Northwest corner of said
lot and leave the lot at the north side at a point
about 30 feet 2x= East of the Northwest corner of
said: lot. It is agreed and understood that the said: line
is to remain upon the property as a permanent City utility,
however, it ,is specified that all excavations made in
the 'process of this wore are to be filled and levelled
