The report also shows collectionfor August amd up to September 14th, 1934 and also the amount allowed for 'work done on the water mains by delinquent customers Motion and seen that the city allow City Barber Shop a credit of one of one half of the amount above his past months water bill due to the exsess water used due to leak on its own line.
