Lowe who presided-! Minutes of last meeting read and approved: Mr. H. S. Ware oistrict manager of the Texas Power and Light Company met with the council and discussed the Street Light situation. Daniels, Killing 5 dogs $2.50 Hurst Brothers, Gas and oil $2.02 Raymond Parker, Gas and tire repairs $1.63 City Garage, Gas, oil, recliarge battery,tire and Lbr $5.17 Willhoites Garage, 10 gallons gas $1.50 Southwest Telephone Phone February $3.75 H.G.McFalls,1930-1931 and 1932 labor less credit on $2.50 taxes $17.60 Motion made and seconded unanimously carried instructing the Mayor and City �s)ecretary to execute notesto Tarrant County National Bank, Grapevine, Texas for approximately 11200.00. NoteEto be made in six payments as follows; $200.00 March 10th, 1933, $200-00 April 10th, 1933,$200-00 May 10th, 1933; $200.00 June 10th, 1933,$200-00 July 10th, 1933 and $200.00 August 10th, 1933. Should the amount be over $1200.00 then ,the last note shall be increased that amount. Interest to be paid on said noteswhen executed by M@3ror and City Secre- tary. Council voted to allow E. J. Lipscomb and Son and E. J. Lipscomb to pay 1932 taxes in four equal installments monthly, the first payment having been made on this date. Council voted to run a notice in our local paper, urging all delinquent tax payers to make arrangements to pay their city taxes, in order to avoid the Bondholders forcing the City to file suit. The Resignation of J.E.M. Hamilton as Chairman of the Troop Committee of Troop No. & at Grapevine, effective January 12th, 1933, was read and accepted and Mr. B. E. Box was appointed to Chairman of said Committee Petition asking for new Fire Chief and New Fire Marshall was read and no action taken at this meeting. The Council voted to reduce all lights on blain Street to 60 candle power No further business the Council adjourned. City Se tary.
