Millican Light on water tower. .50 C.C.Coleman, Fire Chief met with the council and discussed some of the needs of the Fire department. Upon motion: and second, C. .Mill can was instructed to make pike pole for firemen.' Upon motion dtly seconded Chief Coleman was instructed to purchase l extention ladder for fire truck and charge same to the city. Upon a motion duly seconded the following committee was appointed to make recommendations as to the location of the city calaboose: 'A. .Willhoite, C. IT. Millican D. B. Austin. Upon motion `duly seconded a committee composed of Henry Willingham,, D E. Austin and H.0 .Ya cey was appointed to work out a programme on the collection of d linquent water bills and to make a, report the following week. After discussion it was voted to begin on this date to collect security deposit for all water and sewer u® smers> Before water is turned` on a deposit of $3.50 for water connection only d $8.00 for both water and sewer, will be required before the water will be turned on. Any de lieges t water bills will be deducted from the security dpposit before refund is made. Motion carred to instruct the mayor to appoint a suitable proson to assess city taxes for the year 1933.
