Grapevine, Texas held on November 23rd, 1933 with ` the
following present: B. R. Wall Mayor presiding and 'C C.M.
i lio ` , D. E. Austin, A. W. Iffillhoite, HenryWilling-ham
and H. C. Yancey alderman.
Sow of the local: projects for improvements in the
City limits were discussed, which work to be done by the
,
C and further` action was delayed until the matter could be
discussed with County Commissioner Wall and County Engineer
Ste yens .
Motion duly seconded that t street committee
arrange with the CWA to clean up and level up the disposal
plant ground. City to place George Ba.rager in ` charge of the
crew provided he will accept the work.
After some discussion and upon motion duly seconded
the Coun6 l unanimously voted to removed Wall park from the
center of XXKXX-K Main street where it intersects the Northwest
High% -,ay, The permission of Mr. Wall County Commissioner, for whom
the park was named,and the State Highway Commission was obtained..
The shrubbery around; the pa.rk was making the intersection dangerous
because of the view both upon entering and leaving being obstructed
Partially.
