The Site Plan Review Committee of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Session, on
this the 4t" day of March 2015, in the Planning and Zoning Conference Room, 200
South Main Street, Second Floor, Grapevine, Texas with the following members
present -to -wit:
Larry Oliver
Chairman
Darlene Freed
Member
Scott Williams
Member
constituting a quorum with Darlene Freed absent and the following City Staff:
Ran Stombaugh

Susan Batte
CALL TO ORDER

Larry Oliver called the meeting to order at 2:33 p.m.
NEW BUSINESS
CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION CU15 -07 — HOOTER'S
First for the Committee to consider was conditional use application CU15 -07 for
property located at 1711 Cross Roads Drive and platted as Lot 2A, Block 2, The
Crossroads of DFW to amend the previously approved site plan of CU99 -18 (Ord. 1999-
72) for a planned commercial center to allow the possession, storage, retail sales and
on- premise premise consumption of alcoholic beverages (beer, wine and mixed drinks)
in conjunction with a restaurant specifically to allow modifications to the exterior
elevations and floor plan of an existing restaurant,
After a brief discussion, Scott Williams moved to approve conditional use application
CU15 -07. Darlene Freed seconded the motion, which prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Oliver, Freed and Williams
Nays: None
CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES
Next for the Committee to consider were the Site Plan Review Committee minutes of
February 4, 2015.

Larry Oliver moved to approve the Site Plan Review Committee minutes of February 4,
2015, Scott Williams seconded the motion, which prevailed by the following vote'.
Ayes: Oliver, Freed and Williams
Nays: None
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to discuss, Larry Oliver adjourned the meeting at 2:37 p.m.
