SUBJECT: APPROVAL FOR THE SALE OF CITY SURPLUS PROPERTY
City Council to consider approval for the sale of property listed in Exhibit "A" as surplus
property and authorizes their sale through public auction.
BACKGROUND:
This request is approval for the sale of surplus property as listed in Exhibit "A". The City
currently has a 1998 Freightliner bus model CT260 ready for auction due to equipment age
or condition. Staff has considered age, cost of operation and/or life to date maintenance
costs when classifying property as surplus.
Staff recommends approval.
