Main Street Grapevine, Texas 76051 Gentlemen: The purpose of these applications is permit the addition of 1,095 square feet of additional office space to the existing bank at 4501 William D. Tate. By constructing the proposed addition, we do not affect anything but the current landscape area- even after the addition we still have enough landscape area to meet the ordinance. We do not change the site grading, or drainage, circulation, or pedestrian access and have more than the required parking even after the addon. We feel this intended work will have no negative effect on properties surrounding Horizon Bank, and indeed, once the addition is complete, will look as though it had been built with the original construction.
