SUBJECT: WORKSHOP — MASTER THOROUGHFARE PLAN
At the request of City Council Member Coy, we will present a broad overview of the
Master Street Thoroughfare Plan.
The presentation will include the progress made by the City on these improvements and
those that are adopted as part of the plan, but as yet are not built. As you recall from
CFO Jordan's last debt presentation, the City has available capacity to issue bonds and
so beginning this discussion is timely.
