We are also attempting to acquire the lot at 1115 Airline Drive. If we are successful, our intent is to rezone this additional lot from R-7.5 Single Family to P -O Professional Office and add an additional office building on this property. We would then submit a site plan application for a conditional use permit to add a drive-thru on the West side (rear) of the bank. It is our intent to perform within City of Grapevine standards and we welcome any comments or suggestions you have in regards to this development. Respectfully, 99 / !dall H.
