Staff recommends the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council accept the
applicant's request to table zone change request Z15-02 and conditional use request
CU15-11 to the June 16, 2015 meeting, and take any other action necessary.

Zone change request Z15-02 and conditional use request CU15-11 were submitted by
Nicholas English for property addressed at 204 West Dallas Road, for a proposed
barbeque style restaurant with outside dining and on- and off -premise alcohol beverage
sales (beer and wine only). The applicant is asking to table both of his requests to the
June 16 meeting for personal reasons.
