SUBJECT: CITY COUNCIL TO CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AN ADOPT-AN-
AREA AGREEMENT WTH SHOEBACCA.COM FOR
ROCKLEDGE PARK
RECOMMENDATION:
The Parks & Recreation Advisory Board and staff recommend the Council approve an
Adopt =An =Area agreement with SHOEBACCA.com for Rockledge Park. A copy of the
agreement is attached for review.
FUNDING SOURCE -:
Adopt- A -Road signage would be placed in the park. The total cost of the signage for
this is approximately $50 and will come from the Grounds Maintenance Account '100-
42205- 312 -3.
BACKGROUND:
The proposed agreement is for a period of two years and requires the applicant to pick
up Fitter a minimum of six times per year. The Parks & Recreation Advisory Board
approved the agreement at their January 27th meeting. Staff recommends approval of
the agreement.
