Towards the end of the construction project, staff also authorized some additional silt
fence, curb, gutter, light poles and sod to complete the project. The amount for these
items came to $7,120.40. The total amount for the change order is $22,980.40, which
includes $15,860 for the gate and barrier and $7,120.40 for the additional items listed
above. Staff recommends utilizing the interest generated from the Gaylord TIF to fund
the improvements above. Staff recommends approval of the change order.
