VMC Landscape Services
O'Donnell's Landscape Service, acting as primary vendor, terminated their contract with
the City on May 15, 2005. Since that date, VMC Landscape has been acting as primary
vendor and performed satisfactorily.
VMC Landscape has agreed to renew their contract under the same, terms, conditions
and pricing. If renewed, this would be the second of four renewal options.
Staff recommends approval of a renewal award to VMC Landscape in the annual
amount of $558,364.48.
