City Council to elect a Mayor Pro Tern for 2015-2016 and take any necessary action.
City Charter, Section 3.05 provides that the City Council, at its first meeting after an
election of City Council, shall elect one of its number as Mayor Pro Tern and he or she
shall perform all of the duties of the Mayor, in the absence or disability of the Mayor.
