Main Street Grapevine, TX 76051 817-- 401 -3155 Re: Freebirds World Burrito CUP /Site Plan Application, 1501 William D. Tate Freebirds World Burrito is excited about their proposed new location in Grapevine, Texas. As part of their business model, they are requesting approval of a Conditional Use Application for beer & wine sales, outdoor seating, and exterior speakers. They will be located at 1501 William D Tate, which is currently an empty building. The previous use was a Boston Market. Freebirds has a loyal following of customers. They are expanding into new markets to reach old and new Freebirds fans. This location, in already commercially viable area, is sure to be a success. Freebirds is considered a destination restaurant, and the outdoor seating reinforces that idea. It often becomes a place for long lunches, and where friends meet to catch up. In an area of Grapevine dominated by cars and airplanes, the outdoor seating area will add a bit of human life to the exterior environment. Although beer sales make up only a small part of Freebirds sales, they would like to give their customers the option of enjoying such beverages with their meals. Freebirds would appreciate your support and approval of this Conditional Use Application.
