ANGEL'S ATTIC
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff has received a request from Phillip Bressinck requesting an eight -month extension to
their previously approved Conditional Use Permit CU09 -38 (Ord. 09 -52) to establish a retail
store with sales of secondhand goods in an enclosed building in excess of 3,000 square
feet of floor area to expire on November 17, 2011.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Conditional Use Request CU09 -38 was originally considered and approved at the
November 17, 2009 joint public hearing. The site is located at 1635 & 1637 West
Northwest Highway and platted as Lot 1, Block 1, Northwest Plaza Addition.

Please accept this letter as a Request for an Extension of the Case referenced above.
Approval of a Conditional Use Permit by the City of Grapevine_ was granted, and now
its use would like to be implemented.
Please let me know the necessary steps to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy_
