Reference: Silver Lake Campground and RV Park Water and Sewer Change Order #01
Gentlemen:
Cooper General Contractors (Cooper) sent a letter dated December 7, 2005 offering Value -Engineering options
for the City. This document is a formal Change Order that itemizes these changes by changing the additive
alternate bid item quantities and unit prices originally used in the Bid Form of the contract documents to reflect
only what needs to be added to the Base Bid to encompass the additional sites plus additional sites E9 -El l and
E17 -E19. Also incorporated in the Unit Prices is the adjustment to eliminate the cement stabilised backfill under
the road and drives as addressed in the December 7 letter.
