Request for Extension
Dear Mr. Stombaugh:
Please process our request to extend the above referenced conditional use permit for a
period of one year. Our current conditional use permit was approved by the City Council and
Planning and Zoning Commission on February 15, 2005. We are preparing design and
construction documents for the construction of the facility, but won't be in a position to obtain a
building permit by the expiration date of the current conditional use permit.
It is our understanding that the City Council will be meeting in January, prior to the
expiration date of this conditional use permit. Therefore, we request that a one-year extension be
granted and approved at that time, without notice or hearing. We are confident that we will be
ready to submit for a building permit in the very near future, prior to expiration of the extended
permit period.
