The copies of the resolution and concept plan are attached. The City Council approved the purchase of two residential lots in the Bellaire subdivision at the November 5, 2005 meeting. The purpose of purchase was to develop a neighborhood park in the subdivision. Staff recommends naming the park "Bellaire Park" which is the name of the subdivision where the park is located. Almost all neighborhood parks in Grapevine are named after the subdivision in which they are located. The Parks & Recreation Advisory Board approved the concept plan of Bellaire Park at their January 19th meeting. The concept plan includes all the standards approved by the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board in 1994. The concept plan was prepared by Ironwood Design Group of Texas. This firm is located in Grapevine on Northwest Highway. January 23, 2006 (7:50AM) RESOLUTION NO.
