Link Equities, LLC, as developer for the proposed Grapevine Lofts project
requests that the City table the zoning case for this project and reschedule for the March
21, 2006 Council Meeting. This request is made pending changes to the site plan and
working out details with Grapevine Mills on the abandonment of the Anderson Gibson
right of way.
