BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The applicant, Mr. John Evans has submitted a conditional use application for property addressed at 1301 and 1401 William D. Tate Avenue specifically to amend a previously approved plan for a multi- tenant retail building and a restaurant with drive - through service. The applicant is requesting to table the request to the September 20, 2011 meeting in order to revise plans for the drive- through restaurant than could not be made prior to the public hearing.
