applicants.
2. Members of City Council to discuss board and commission appointments.

The City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Special Session on this the 13th
day of June, 2022 in the Council Conference Room, Second Floor, 200 South Main Street,
with the following members present:
William D. Tate Mayor
Sharron Rogers Council Member
Chris Coy Council Member
Duff O’Dell Council Member
Paul Slechta Council Member
Leon Leal Council Member
Constituting a quorum, with Mayor Pro Tem Darlene Freed being absent, and with the
following members of the City Staff:
Bruno Rumbelow City Manager
Tara Brooks City Secretary
Mayor Tate called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Item 1. Members of City Council to conduct board and commission interviews of new
applicants.
City Council interviewed eight applicants for the boards and commissions.
Item 2. Members of City Council to discuss board and commission appointments.
The Council discussed appointments to the boards and commissions.
No formal action was taken.
There being no further items to discuss the special meeting ended at 7:37 p.m.
Passed and approved by the City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas on this the 21st
day of June, 2022.
