January 26, 2006 (2:21 PM) • Finish the security fence project with security fences and landscaping around all properties. The Grapevine Housing Authority continues to need the City's assistance and support in funding these much needed projects and to help with availability of funds for GHA operating expenses. This waiver is especially needed as new HUD capital funds continue to be reduced in each federal budget funding cycle and we need to stretch the available funds as much as possible. This request is for the City to continue to waive the PILOT and inspection fees for an additional five-year period from 2006 to 2011. The waiver is for $3,100.00 a year. Staff recommends approval of the resolution. WAG/sIt January 26, 2006 (2:21 PM) 71) RESOLUTION NO.
