Conditional Use Request CU15 -32 addressed as 670 Gatehouse Drive, and
consideration of same.

A. Site Plan Review Committee to consider the minutes of the July 8, 2015,
regular meeting.

The Site Plan Review Committee of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Session, on
this the 5t" day of August 2015, in the Planning and Zoning Conference Room, 200
South Main Street, Second Floor, Grapevine, Texas with the following members
present -to -wit:
Larry Oliver
Scott Williams
Chairman
Member
constituting a quorum with Darlene Freed absent and the following City Staff:
Ron Stombaugh
Albert Triplett Jr.
Susan Batte
CALL TO ORDER

Larry Oliver called the meeting to order at 2:30 p.m.
NEW BUSINESS
CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION CU15 -32 — GATEHOUSE IN GRAPEVINE
First for the Committee to consider was conditional use application CU15 -20 for
property located at 670 Gatehouse Drive and platted as Lot 1, Block 1, The Gatehouse
in Grapevine. The applicant was requesting a conditional use permit to amend the
previously approved site plan of Conditional Use Request CU14 -45 (Ord. 2015 -05) for a
non - profit institution utilized as a women's shelter, specifically to allow for the addition of
a 5,000 square foot storage building.
With this request the applicant is requesting the addition of a 5,000 square foot storage
building to the site on the northern side of the property to be utilized for the storage of
equipment and other items associated with the shelter.
After a brief discussion, Scott Williams moved to approve conditional use application
CU15 -32. Larry Oliver seconded the motion, which prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Oliver and Williams
Nays: None

Next for the Committee to consider were the Site Plan Review Committee minutes of
July 8, 2015.
Scott Williams moved to approve the Site Plan Review Committee minutes of July 8,
2015. Larry Oliver seconded the motion, which prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Oliver and Williams
Nays: None
With no further business to discuss, Larry Oliver adjourned the meeting at 2:32 p.m.
