SUBJECT: CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION CU15-37, FERRARI'S
Staff recommends the City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission accept the
applicant's request to table conditional use application CUl 5-37 to the September 15, 2015
meeting and take any other necessary action.
The applicant, Mr. Alex Teator has submitted a conditional use application to allow for a
20 -foot pole sign in conjunction with an existing restaurant. The owners of the property,
Francesco and Jane Secchi request to table the request to the September 15, 2015
meeting. Please see the attached letter.
