Main Street Grapevine, Texas RE: Shamrock Ventures Addition; Case Table Request As owner of Lots 2R and 3R, I respectfully request that the Public Hearing for the replat application of Lots 3R1 and 3R2, Block A, Shamrock Ventures Addition be tabled from the August 18, 2015 meeting to the next available joint City Council -Planning and Zoning meeting. The request is made to allow the Historic Preservation Committee (HPC) to review and approve the submitted subdivision of one(1) lot into two(2) lots.
