SUBJECT: EXTENSION OF CONDITIONAL USE CU08-09
INWOOD ESTATES VINEYARDS
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff has received a request from Inwood Estates Vineyards requesting a one-year extension to
their previously approved Conditional Use Permit CU08-09 to establish a wine tasting room for
on- and off-premise consumption of alcoholic beverages (wine only) in conjunction with an
existing coffee shop to expire on April 15, 2010.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Conditional Use Request CU08-09 was originally considered and approved at the April 15,2008
joint public hearing. The site is located at 603 South Main Street, Suite 303 and platted as Lot
C, Block 15, City of Grapevine.
