SUBJECT: SPECIAL USE REQUEST SU08-06
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the City Council accept the applicant's request to withdraw without
prejudice special use permit request SU08-06 and the preliminary and final plat of Lot 1,
Block 1, Grapevine Mills Wells Addition, and take any other action necessary.
BACKGROUND:
The applicant submitted a special use request and a preliminary and final plat for property
located at 2720 North Grapevine Mills Boulevard to allow for gas well drilling and
production in a nonresidential zoning district. At the January 20, 2009 meeting the
applicant requested tabling of the special use application to work out details relative to the
location of the wells.
