Prevention District Budget.
Public Notice: The Crime Control and Prevention District Board of Directors will
consider adoption of the proposed FY2015-2016 budget on Tuesday,
September 15, 2015 in the Council Chambers, 200 South Main
Street, Second Floor, Grapevine, Texas 76051.

The Crime Control and Prevention District Board of the City of Grapevine, Texas met on
this the 8th day of September, 2015 in the City Council Chambers, Second Floor, 200
South Main Street, with the following Board members present:

Presiding Officer Tate called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m.
Item 1. Conduct a public hearing relative to Fiscal Year 2015-2016 Crime Control and
Prevention District Budget and take any necessary action.
Presiding Officer Tate declared the public hearing open.
Chief Financial Officer Greg Jordan reviewed the Crime Control and Prevention District
Fiscal Year 2015-2016 budget noting the budget is balanced and there will not be a
transfer from the General Fund. The Fiscal Year 2015-206 budget includes compensation,
ballistic vests, body -worn cameras, tasers and vehicle replacement. The projected
revenues for FY2016 are $14,415,000 and the projected expenditures are $14,392,012.
The final action on the budget will be taken at a special meeting on September 15, 2015.
Presiding Officer Tate invited guests present to speak regarding the proposed budget. No
one wished to speak and there was no correspondence to report.
