BARNES CIRCUS
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends Council approve a request for a temporary use permit to allow
a Big Top Circus on property located at Grapevine Mills Mall, 3000 Grapevine
Mills Parkway and platted as Lot 1R3, Block 1, Grapevine Mills Addition Phase 1.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The applicant Carson and Barnes Circus, is requesting a temporary use permit to
allow a circus to operate from March 20, 2009 through March 23, 2009. See
attached application.

Show times are: Day One 4:30 & 7:30
Day Two: 1:30,4:30 & 7:30
Day Three: 1:30 &4:30.
• The doors will be open to the public one hour prior to show times.
