PARK ROW LIGHTING
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff has received a request from John Burleson on behalf of Park Row Lighting requesting
a one-year extension to the previously approved Conditional Use Permit to allow the
development of a retail shopping center and to establish a planned commercial center.
Staff recommends the City Council consider a one-year extension of this conditional use
permit to expire on January 15, 2010.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Conditional Use Request CU07-39 was originally considered and approved at the January
15, 2008 joint public hearing. The site is located at 2850 North State Highway 121 and
platted as Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Northpoint Addition.

On behalf of my clients Fashion Business Center, Ltd. and Park Row Lighting, LLC, the owner and
intended user, respectively, of the aforementioned property within the City of Grapevine, I hereby
request, pursuant to Paragraph J of Section 48 of the Grapevine Zoning Ordinance, an extension of the
referenced Conditional Use Permit for an additional one year.
It is my understanding from speaking to you that this request is all that is required on our part, but if
that is not the case or if you need any additional information at all, please let me know and I will be
glad to comply.
If and when the extension is granted,please communicate that to me at your convenience.
