SUBJECT: COUNCIL MEETING DATE CHANGE
RECOMMENDATION:
Council to consider moving the March 17, 2009 Joint City Council and Planning &Zoning
Commission meeting to Tuesday, March 24, 2009.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Due to the Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School District's spring break beginning
March 16, there may not be a quorum of the City Council or the Planning & Zoning
Commission present for the regular March 17, 2009 meeting. It is therefore recommended
that the regular March 17, 2009 meeting date be moved to Tuesday, March 24, 2009.
