SUBJECT: CONVENTION & VISITORS BUREAU ADVISORY BOARD
APPOINTMENT
RECOMMENDATION
Council Member Spencer, Convention & Visitors Bureau Advisory Board Liaison,
recommends that Ms. LuAnn Chapman Gatts be moved from an alternate to a full member
for a six-month term and that Mr. Bill Streidl serve as an alternate member for a six-month
term.
BACKGROUND
At the January 20th City Council meeting, Mr. Bill Streidl was appointed for a six-month
term on the Convention & Visitors Bureau Advisory Board. Council Member Spencer's
intentions were to move alternate member LuAnn Chapman Gatts to the full member
position for six months and have Mr. Streidl serve as an alternate member.
